1½ cups brewed and fully chilled green tea (it works best to prepare it the night before, refrigerate it and remove the teabags the following morning).
1½ cups (8,5 oz) frozen and diced mangos.
2 medium bananas, cut in to “coins”.
2 cups packed (2,5 oz) fresh spinach.
1 Tbsp lemon juice.
Mix it all together in a blender for 1 minute. Serves 4 small glass or 2 large glass.
