These garlic and parmesan chickpeas are a crispy, fun snack loaded with flavor.
For 1 potato you will need following: (video here)
2 tablespoons cornstarch or potatostarch.
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
A small pinch of cumin
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chili sauce
Cut the potato in to wedges or strips depending on what you feel like having. Pat them dry with a towel.
Put all the dry ingredients in a ziplock bag and make sure they are all blended together.
Add the potato and a bit of olive oil in the bag and close it and shake, shake shake! Make sure all the bits are well coated and put them on a tray lined with a baking sheet. Put them in the oven at 400ºF or 200ºC for 15 minutes. After that take them out and flip them over and cook for another 15 minutes.
Mix together the sour cream and chili sauce, dip the fries and enjoy!
This is a very quick snack ready to be eaten in just a few minutes. All you need is an apple that you slice, 4 tablespoons greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey and ½ teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste) and mix it all together. Dip and snack away!
